Defeat Sinmur,bugged, and messages accross tamrial,
I did not see either of these quests that I need to progress passed VR1 to be fixed Ive put in 2 tickets now, no email, no nothing, can someone please either A have your devs fix MAIN STORY LINE QUESTS, or have someone show up and spawn them for me, or have someone click the button on my account that says I completed that quest, dont care about the rewards.

✭✭✭✭The fight with Sinmur is suppose to be tied to the shards of wuthrad quest. I would make sure you finished all those shards. That might be whats preventing you from getting the quest.Retired.

Yeah no, done, The level of trouble shooting I've done to try and complete this quests goes above what any GM could suggest.0

I'm in the same boat. I've done all of the quests I can find. I think I therefore have all of the shards. I cannot get Sinmur to spawn no matter what I try. This seems to block all further progress from what I can tell. I've been trying for about a week to get ahold of a GM to assist with this quest. Not so much as a peep.0

Hey I finally got past this quest. I've been spamming to join someone who isn't bugged for the past couple of nights. Finally found someone. Jumped in and got it done.
Zenimax seriously needs to address this ASAP. This is a critical quest and you cannot get to the next region without completing this.0 -

When you enter the instance the Skald King character should start a dialogue with you. If you aren't prompted to have a conversation with the King, relog.
I'm sure you tried this a thousand times but it eventually worked for me.

thanks green Ill try that, did you abandon and pick it up? And I still need vanus Galaion to show up, I tried grouping with a guildie, and loging out, reloadui, logging out for 15 mins, tping to him logging outside the city and tping to him loggnig outside the zone and tping.0

Mace✭✭I abandoned and picked it up several times, but the time it worked was after logging out in a different zone (eg. Eastmarch) with the quest active and on the bugged step logging back in, and travelling to the instance.
Upon entering, all the stars in the universe aligned and the final part of the quest happened for me.Masce0 -
So after a week I finally got past this quest by grouping as a I mentioned above. I thought I was in the clear. Ha - I've been Zenimaxed. Now the next leg - Weight of Three Crowns is bugged for me.
This is absolute garbage. This product is a total piece of junk.0 -
good news sinmur is dead thanks to a very nice player that didnt have me on ignore, allowing me to enter their phase. now I just need vanus to spawn, going to do soft restarts untill this is resloved, and a gm shows up and makes vanus spawn.1

I Will continue to do so, untill this is resolved do you understand that me not being able to level is not only effecting my gameplay but also affecting how I feel about going to resub, I am trying to race my new gm to VR 10 and that cant be done, without extensive running through cyro through the blue and yellow infested land and slaughter fish that want to eat my tail.0

I am going to bump this, since its going on another day with zero response from anyone, since their T2 support is; and I quote "They are very elusive and don't like to be looked directly in the eye." Don't have any idea why one of them just cant come over and click done on my character, or spawn vanus right then and there.0

I am constantly being yelled at by the Skald-King to use a shard on him, which I do not have, nor does the option to use anything appear.
It is impossible for me to take all his life down as he does too much damage for me to self heal through.

If you observe a quest that cannot be completed by using the /reloadui command, a soft reset or by abandoning the quest, please search in the Knowledge base if another solution has been listed already for that specific quest. Also this is preventing me from experiencing the game how "Do what ever you want" Funny UO made the same claim, Don't some of them work for you. You may wish to try abandoning the quest and reaccepting it, as well as logging off and back on. If you cannot abandon the quest, it is likely considered a main story quest. There are troubleshooting tips that may help you as we work towards a more permanent solution. We recommend that you try the following:
Typing /reloadui in your chatbox, for graphics or user-interface issues
Typing /camp in your chatbox, which logs you out. By waiting 15 minutes before logging back in, you are performing a soft-reset which will clear out the cache and allow the game to load properly.
You can venture off to complete other quests, allowing time to pass and the greater possibility being able to interact with the NPC

Also I want to know why the Phone call from your CSRS said over an hour wait time, and that was 3 days ago, still no phone call. WHY do you have a call back service if its not even going to be used. So why don't you go get one of your developers that care about their players, and you tell him to fix my quest, IE A make the quest complete, B, Abandon the quest, C, SPAWN VANUS, D, add more game time to my account, because What Im really really pissed about, some stupid *** and her exploiting cheating boyfriend that was banned for whatever, was unbanned because why? her girlfriend cried and was answered and solved in under a day, and here we are at day 5 with CSRs telling me the same thing and not even listening to what Im saying in my tickets. Do you know how to be CSRS? Do you understand what customer service is? ITS NOT REPEATING WHAT THE OTHER CSR IN FRONT OF YOU SAID, ITS TROUBLE SHOOTING NEW THINGS, SO SINCE YOUR T2 MAGE THAT IS SUPOSED TO HELP ME IS ELUSIVE, DONT KNOW WHY A MANAGER WOULD ELUSIVE, DO YOU UNDERSTAND HOW A BUSINESS MODEL RUNS ALSO?0

Csrs' like you need more training how to use your brain and help players trouble shoot, the level of frustration and anger that NOTHING, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE OTHER THAN TOLD TO GO *** MY SELF,
So I guess, Zenimax doesn't have management positions, just a bunch of monkeys that can repeat a book being the front man.0 -
Why you're add it, why dont you get some men in the field to deal with these teleporting *** that are cheating and noone can get their name because THEY ARE TELEPORTING, instead of having all of your CSRS sitting there being useless, because if 5 of them replied with the same copy paste BS, chances are they are all bad...

Also because you fail to help me in making the game playable SO I CAN GET XP, SINCE YOUR CSRS DONT EVEN LOOK AT ANY INFORMATION ABOUT THE ACCOUNT, I have to deal with little *** trolls in certain zone chats, because for one you dont have an unlimited block list, so why even ignore, and 2 I CANT GAIN ACCESS TO THE VET ZONE SO I CAN PROGRESS.0 -
