Can anyone tell me what the port numbers are for the North American English server? I occasionally get lag spikes and hoped that port forwarding would help.

Oh, I forgot to ask. Which is UDP and which is TCP? Or are they both?

it is the IP address of the computer on your network you want the ports forwarded to (the one with ESO)

Look in the router for the DHCP client table or something similar. Somewhere in there should be a listing of all devices currently connected to the router. Each will have it's own IP address. The one that corresponds to your computer is the one you need to use.

There's no way for any of us to know what that is, though some folks could probably give some educated guesses to narrow it down.

Some routers allow you to type 'routerlogin.net' into a browser and access the firmware in that manner.

Edit: Sorry, didn't read your previous post. It should be visible somewhere in the firmware or by typing 'ipconfig' into a command prompt.

Or you could try 198.162.1.1, which is another common login. You would do this from the address bar in your browser, instead of a URL.

You may also need a password. Most routers have a default of 'admin' (without the quotes) though if someone else set up the network, they should have changed that.

Port forwarding is completely unnecessary, it will not help at all with lag. In fact, it won't actually do anything. Hopefully you just got the terminology wrong and meant QoS instead of port forwarding. Port forwarding is needed when you want to host a server on a machine you own, behind NAT.
