Missing Stuff, will not get help UNLESS I tell them my secret answer..
Why do i have my map bundles missing from my bags, and when i open a ticket, i am sent an email stating that you will not help me unless i can provide the answer the the secret question. Why is that? Sorry, no other MMO has ever needed to ask me such questions in order to "LOOK INTO" one of my game issues. I don't know whether to trust it or not. It kinda sounds like someone has hijacked the ticket and is phishing for information. I simply opened a ticket requesting help and i get told that unless i give over my secret answer, they won't do anything. That isn't great customer service. I bought Imperial Edition and with that, comes those damn maps. I want them back please.
Also, has the bank slots that go missing been fixed? My husband spent his hard earnt gold to buy them only to lose them all. They told him its been fixed, and yet, it was still 60/60 instead of 80/80 and they never refunded his money either. So before i go and spend cash on something that is so broken, i need confirmation from someone who knows if this has been fixed. Apart from this, ESO is a great game and i am enjoying it very much.

exactly! They should have all that on their files and being that i was IN-GAME when i opened the ticket, they should know i am the rightful owner of that account. So they have NO NEED for me or anyone for that matter to hand over that private answer just for them to get off their arse and look into an issue for me.0
