Bug Report : Taking out 2 stacks of same item from Guild bank

This is something that I was suspecting from a long time but I wasn't sure up to now.
When taking 2 stacks of the same item from Guild bank, sometimes (not all the time, far from it) only one stack appear in the inventory (usually the last one that has been taken), and the other one is missing : not in the inventory not in the bank.
After checking logs in Guild history, the two stacks appears as beeing taken by me. (in order to be sure no other guildie was taking it, I asked if anyone had its bank open in the TeamSpeak.
Situation :
3 stacks in bank :
1 of 100 obsidians
1 of 98 obsidians
1 of 3 obsidian
Goal :
2 stacks of 100 obsidians
1 stack of 1 obsidian
Results :
1 stack of 100 obsidians
1 stack of 3
And one missing stack of 98 !!!
Serveur EU, guild "Les Guetteurs", character : "Loreleil", time of issue : about 1:15 AM CEST April 9th.
I ve open a ticket and ask for help ingame, but since it's not responding, hope it will be done through the forum !

Support is nowhere to be seen !
