This quest seems to be seriously bugged. The "subdue Rulantaril" option is not possible, as he immideately attacks and insta-kills you, meaning the quest is not possible to complete. Rulanataril being "level 5" is also a mega-joke, more like level 500... Some serious balancing and bugfixing necessary here
