WHAT THE HELL? Where is my 30 days?

I have purchased the game with 30 days of PAID game time and now i have to pay again to play??? Even blizzard didnt do that to me. And if i dont want to play this game after my PAYED time expiries??? I dont have any funds on my CC and i cant find any prepaid time cards, so WHAT THE HELL!!!??? Please activate my account and dont do that again!

    No, you do not. You have to set up the subscription first, but the total in the corner will say "$0.00". I agree, it is a really REALLY crappy way to do it, because it is very unclear as to why it won't let you log in until you do it, but it will not charge you until the 30 days is up.

    Maybe you should have read the sticky on the front page.

    You are not being charged. You are simply choosing a subscription plan. You will not pay for another month, you just need a valid form of payment for *after* your 30 days.

    ont understand! They actually CHARGE my CC! But i have unsufficient funds on it to pay for even a month! So they decline my CC and i cant play because i dont have a selected subscription plan!!! WHY they charge my card for 12.99 EURO if i have already payed for a monyh that comes with the game? I want explanation from authorized support!

    Nah... YOU don't understand.

    You haven't been charged anything, this is called a pre-authorization check and the amount will disappear after a day or two.

    Learn to credit card.

    Nope! They actually CHARGED my CC for 12.99 but i have only 5 on it. So transaction was declined and i dont have active sub. and cant play. I even get SMS from bank with info about charging me for 12.99! So where is support?

    Borrow the money from a friend or relative so that the authorization charge goes through, and further consider that having insufficient funds for a sum that small likely indicates a need to reconsider priorities.

    There are a 100 threads on this...sigh..
    They just posted a sticky saying that if you don't have the funds in your account and you weren't able to process the transaction to send them a support ticket and they will work with you so you get your 30 days of game time. I know it is a little to early to be demanding auth checks for subs to play but at least they are acknowledging this now.

    Calm down.

    Authorization charges look like actual, legitimate charges. Banks can take 1-3 days to refund the charge depending on your bank and your method of payment.

    If this is the first time you have ever experienced an authorization charge, I get it, you're freaked out. But you were not charged. Yes, it says you were charged -- You weren't actually billed. Depending on your bank and your method of payment, the charge will disappear.

    Most companies charge a dollar or a few cents to authorize charge a card. Zenimax did 15. It will be reversed, just cool your jets.

    little patience yes, but no way I am gona have to wait from saturday to monday for an answer, cause thats what has happend to me, I had my ticket answered and they said they would help me, and told me that once they have put the game time on my account I would be contacted again, and still nothing.

In the event that you enter your payment information for authorization and the transaction cancels due to lack of funds in your account, please contact our Support Team. We’ll work with you to ensure you have access to your included 30 days of game time.

    Please ensure that you have attempted to enter payment information and had the transaction fail due to lack of funds before submitting a help request. We will get you into the game and playing as soon as possible.

    We require you to choose a subscription option and enter valid payment information. For credit cards, debit cards and PayPal there is no charge made until after your included 30 days of game time has expired. For these payment methods, there is an authorization check performed to ensure the payment method is valid. You may see a temporary account authorization hold put on funds in your account while the verification completes. Usually this authorization hold lasts a short period of time before being removed. It can vary from bank to bank.

    If you prefer to use one of the following payment methods, payment is processed at the time of selecting your preferred subscription plan.
