Vampire Bug - Dark Stalker

Just noticed a small problem with the Dark Stalker Passive.

As soon as you die, the effect will end. You wont sneak faster anymore.
After a relog the effect is there again.

Also send an ingame ticket (140406 066374)

edit: area change fixes it too

seems like like bug also affects the medium armor passive "athletics"
