Blue Full Screen Shader Persisting after finishing Right of Theft

I got this annoying Blue Full Screen Shader Persisting after finishing the Right of Theft quest that won't go away even after i completed the quest tried dieing tried restarting eso and its only effecting my one char

Edit. After 4 hours of the stupid shader it finally stoped woot

"I ended up fixing it myself. If you are AD there is a quest that lets you go through a portal into a ghost realm that makes your screen like that. Someone told me about it and I went there and went into the ghost realm and when I came back my screen went back to normal."

This urgently needs to be fixed 2 days i've had this blue screen now making gameplay awful.

I got mine fixed, I had tried restarting, reloading ui, dieing, reloging, etc. Finally I saw the comments about going to a ghost so I started running around following the whole chain back then I noticed a quest I missed when running up to the quest giver all of a sudden my screen flashed and it was back to normal, so I took a screenshot and painted my path, hopefully it works for others.

Il give this a go when I get back from work later on today. Anyone else give this a shot and shed some light on the situation?

Have same problem thought it was from another quest but will try this.

Most of us have already been in touch with GMs they're working on a fix at the moment tried everything so far.

Thanks guys I have a new thread about this but I will try this too.

I abandoned an important quest that was originally the cause, I just hope I can find it again..

Dying and re-spawning at a way-shrine somewhere away from the quest zone did it for me.

So, I entered this area around here by the rope bridges, then left again. As soon as I left the area my screen returned to normal.
