Login Issue Persists After Latest Patch and Server Maintenance - RESOLVED ON 4-2

Since yesterday I have no longer been able to login. The message I receive is "Your Login Information is Incorrect. Please Try Again." This is still the case now after the latest patch and server maintenance.

I sent in a customer support ticket yesterday evening and have yet to hear anything back after saying "escalated to the proper department". Is it possible to please get an update on what is going on or an update on the status of my account?

I am able to login to my account on the ESO website. Thanks.

    Issue resolved on 4-2 late evening.

    @ZOS_TristanK‌ was extremely helpful. PM'ed me within a matter of minutes saying my ticket was escalated to the support team. Within a half hour I received an email from customer support (Matthew). He was extremely polite and said sorry for the delay in getting back to me as they have been very busy.

    Appparently he said there was a mix up with my account and someone else's (did not say exact cause). And he said my issue should be resolved.

    I am now able to login.

    Mine remains the same and have yet to hear from them again in over a day...to be honest it's a little upsetting considering there is no reason for this to be happening on my end, nor to not hear from them....

    Hang in there, I myself waited 2 days (1 day with ticket submitted). TristanK and Matthew were really on point and quick.

    I'm having the same issue as well. I had this problem on the 30th but it was fixed within maybe 6 hours or so. Then I played the game up until yesterday, at which time I was unable to login again. It's been a day now and I still can't login. I contacted customer support and did get a call back but they just told me to repair the launcher and change my password, both of which I did though I assumed neither would help since I'm certain it's on their end. I haven't heard anything back yet so I'm still unable to login. My husband can login fine but, since we bought the game to specifically play together, he's not able to play either until I get on.
