Account problem , need gm to fix this.

Since early acces started i can not log in.. It says information is incorect.
I bought the standard edition and played beta also. I understand that all players see on their account status ( account summary) on the website they see beta acces and early acces, For me there is the problem, it says "you do not own any games " but i do, i played even in beta, and i bought the normal game, and redemeed the 3 days acces code and even got the confirmation email that i got the early acces;
In billing history i see both beta and early acces 3 days keys used, but ON ACCOUNT SUMMARY it says i dont own any game, and i can`t play can not log in...... please i need some real help, wtfi payed for this game... and now i can`t play it ?

    Yeah, common problem at the moment, a lot of people are having problems with logging in and the incorrect information error code.

    i dont know if i have the same problem like them, for me i know where the problem comes from. I got 2 accounts, both i played beta, On one account i see at purchased games the ESO beta, on the other one (my main account which i redeemed the code for early acces ) i dont see ANYTHING at purchased games, it says i haven`t purchased anything yet............ why ? i need a gm to check my billing history to see i got both the beta and early acces and to update my account to have the game purchased for the early acces ; until i get my standard phisical edition from the shop i bought it (available after 4.04)

    i got banned in beta cause got in a verbal fight with a a-hole , but it was beta, shouldnt all bans be lifted by now ? i cant play the game because of a beta-ban ? wtf..........

    so its normal ? anyone else is missing the game and early acces at the account summary ? as i said for the 10th time ( sorry for repeating) i have beta and early acces at billing history, i payed for the game and redemeed 2 keys, which show for me at billing. On account summary on the other hand it says i dont have any games purchased. Do other people have the same problem ?

    well knowing that its a major problem and many people have it , it`s a bit more settling , means they are aware of it and working on it; i hope.

    i have same problem i just spent 100 dollars to get pay my pre order and i go to log in only to find that my account hasnt either been activated or i bought a dud game im actually kinda *** off about it

    Moirae go to your account on the website and check the billing history and see if your cd key was valid. if ti was you have to see it and that it was used.
