but the skill tool tip only reads 6.3% I am trying to update my calculators is the tool tip wrong or the update not implemented? Is it supposed to follow the same schedule as the other skills that top at 25% ?
Btw I think this is an awesome change the previous version was lackluster at best (compared to the other passives).
