I've been experiencing this as well, except its in dungeons. The mobs are teleporting all over the place where they are supposed to walk. Is Zenimax neglecting the servers or something?

Want to add, that it is not just NPCs. All NPCs, creatures, and pets(Vanity and Summoned) are having this issue.

Edit: Did a repair (surprisingly short... about 15 minutes), and now everything is pathing correctly... for the time being. Probably wouldn't hurt to get a server restart.

I had this problem earlier in Grahtwood and Riften. I logged out because the rubber banding of the NPC's, animals and the non existent hit boxes were so bad. I haven't been back on since 10:00AM when I logged out last. I was on the NA server and I am in the US.

Yes, there are bugs and glitches everywhere the last week or so. Unless I am missing something, the last maint was Dec 15th. So that means IF we get one Monday, that will be 3 weeks w/o a server reset/maint. We are scheduled to get one every Monday. Understandably, the holidays had something to do with this lapse, but maint is DIRELY needed at this point.

I'm getting odd glitches as well. The game froze up on me when crafting food at the ovens in Craglorn.

Today we had the The Warrior Cleave three times on a row, teleport around instead of walking or jumping and the problem wasn't on one player side as we all noticed and commented on it in TS. The server needs to be reset. Just because ZoS went vacations, doesn't mean base system care can be abandoned.

Nooooo! Every gaming company does periodic resets to their servers for no good reason... The servers are not suffering at all because they haven't been reset for over three weeks... NOOOO.... NPCs are teleporting around because of Addons... Because your computers are toasters....

It is not because the servers are burning and all those capable of resetting it are on vacations. I mean, I pity ZOS_GinaBruno... She has to sit and watch as the game burns cause there is nothing she can do.

Sigh. You do realize that your, Eves and Ginas posts all basically lead in a big circle with the center point to: "we are monitoring the situation, but we are not gonna do a restart because these bugs wont be fixed by a restart"? Even tho they all go away (for a while) historically when you do?

[Edit] @ZoS_GinaBruno BTW, its once again time to say, if what you green oboros (sp?) wrote automatically appeared in the Dev Tracker, there would be less people feeling that ZoS isnt posting and less people asking the same question over and over in different forum threads.
