Wierd Walking Animation

This bug has shown up after updates in the past and it is back. It happens after spawning in from a wayshrine and gathering items from crates, bags etc. Your character moves around half bent over and your feet barely move forward and backward. It's quite odd to see it happen but most of the players I see are running around like this. You can stop and then start moving again and the walking animation is normal until you loot or travel.

Yup, seeing this too, makes your character look as if a certain amount of fudge packing has been going on

Seen this too after previous patches too. Generally I just find it funny. Usually I notice it happening when opening container and then walking away. Like the char just *** in his pants because what found in the container.

More likely happen when you open container, notice something crap and close it immediately to run towards next one. Think if done with time it doesn't happen.

I also have been having this all the time, it just happens, pressing esc twice stops it for me. I wish I knew how to take video because first she runs like she wet herself then she does a weird little double toe tap dance, whilst still running, but it does make me smile

By 'it just happens' I mean it doesn't happen after a particular activity, infact most often it just starts as I am running to my next location.

One second running normally then next second weird animation.

For me I can say I can reproduce it any time I want. Just open container, alt away and start jogging it will happen after few steps. (I say jog as that's the normal movement, walk can be toggled if wanted, running is with shift pressed)

Extra note here that I noticed. If you look into container and exit and start jogging and this weird walk appear and you continue jogging it will weird walk, change to normal, change to weird walk, change to normal as long as you jog until you stop.

I have exact same skating animation as in that video after opening some containers, travel between certain wayshrines and also after using Restoration Staff inside dungeons.

Yep that's the one but mine is not triggered by looking in containers, it just happens whilst running.....

E.g I exited a delve earlier running normally, two seconds later weird running.

I checked the looking in containers and also leaving a crafting station, no weird running, it just happens randomly for me, I cannot reproduce it at will.

Just throwing in that this is happening to me as well. The same animation. Came here to see if it was just me. Bugging it ingame now.

Just loaded the patch today and this was not fixed.

I can also confirm, that the issue is not fixed with Version 1.5.4. Yesterday evening I had the same Wierd Walking Animation again. Crafting in Belkarth and after leaving the Belkarth crafting dress maker I got the same again.

Yes, continues in the same situation as described in this post, and show in the video clip.

Sadly this is still in the game. It does effect game play especially if you get the known stutter issue while in combat. You then start the weird walk/glide animation and combat is next to impossible until you get out of it.

Yeah I get this ALL the time. Open a crate, leave a wayshrine, cross a transition area, during combat, etc. Quite annoying...

I heard that it's a router problem. Need to rest your router...LOL!
