Game crash on launch #2

I have posted my problem in another thread. I am making a new thread because I posted this problem after a Mod/DEV had already looked at it. Maybe it's me but I find that Mods/DEVs tend not to read threads after one of them has posted in it.

SO here goes ...

I can not play ... Every time I press the play button the game crashes and I get an error report window pop up ( error 11 )

I have done the following several times to no avail ....

1. Click the install button, and start downloading
2. Once the download beings, shutdown the launcher
3. Restart the launcher
4. Expand the Game Options menu (Cog wheel located above the News Feed)
5. It should say Updating…., under that it should say Cancel. Click Cancel
6. The expanded tab should now change to include "Repair". Click repair, and wait for it to finish.
•If "Play" button reads "Pause" during the download process:
FAILED !!!!!!
1. Expand the Game Options menu (Cog wheel located above the News Feed)
2. If the tab says "Installing…", restart the launcher
3. When the tab says "Updating….", Click Cancel
4. The expanded tab should now change to include "Repair". Click repair, and wait for it to finish.
FAILED !!!!!!
Open the launcher ESO, I let open.
Delete the following files.
game_player.version
depot.version
vo_en.version
client.exe
Start operation repairing
Wait a few little downloads.

FAILED !!!!!!

Manually update your launcher. This can be done by clicking on the Game Options arrow located in the middle of the launcher under the News section, and then clicking on "Check for updates." If this doesn't resolve your issue, please try the following:

•Open the game installation directory “Zenimax Online”
•Open the folder named “Launcher”
•Inside the “Launcher” folder, there is a folder named “ProgramData”
•Delete the “ProgramData” folder
•Open the launcher and download update
•Click “Play”
FAILED !!!!!!

I did all of this 10 times now !!! And this game still crashes !!! I submitted several crash reports with the error reporter that pops up every time. I also have a tech support call back ticket in.

My ISP is going to have kittens after they see how much I have gone over my limit!!
They charge me $2.00 a Gig over my 40Gig limit ... I can't afford to keep trying to fix/repair/update this game... $15 a month for this game + however much for over my limit is going to cost. I'm starting to think this game is not worth it.

PLEASE FIX THIS !!!

    Hey there @Zanbarbone,

There are a couple of steps for Fatal Error 11 that we don't see on here, so we'll be happy to provide those for you.

First, we ask that you run the launcher as an administrator, as this has solved the issue in the past. To do this, head to C:\Program Files (x86)\Zenimax Online\Launcher, right click on the Bethesda.net_Launcher and choose Run as Administrator.

There have also been cases in the past where a third party program, such as an anti-virus or firewall, has prevented the game from installing properly. Please ensure that you disable any program that may interfere with the installation, and then re-enable them once the installation has completed.

If you continue to experience the same issue, please let us know and we'll be happy to continue assisting you.

I was getting error 11 yesterday and the repair was trying to download the whole game. I ended the repair download many times, and it wasn't until I did a disk clean up and a re-boot, then the launcher automatically started to download an update -before it was just letting me hit PLAY and get error 11. The download was 6GB and I let it go all night and this morning when I clicked PLAY and I now get error 12.... I ran the repair tool just now and it's downloading 27GB now....

This is absolutely insane and the help provided is not helping at all when the launcher wants to download 27GB when I try and repair it. I'm not going to let the repair download the entire game and if I cannot get help with this I am cancelling my account, because what's the point of paying for a game I cannot play?
