Volatile Familiar BUG
fast double-click on Familiar cost magica but dont do damage and dont restore magica, need wait 1,2 - 1,4sec before use, it is already cooldown. no mention in patchnotes ZOS plz fix it or add in patch notes that Familiar have now cooldown
