Health Recovery softcaps

Why does my noob level 15 Wood Elf Nightblade get such a high softcap for Health Recovery while my VR9 Nord Dragonknight get shafted with such a low softcap for Health Recovery? Is there supposed to be some logic to this or is my Dragonknight bugged? (My Dragonknight was once a werewolf but got rid of it, and neither one is currently a werewolf or vampire.)

I know the add-on that shows extended stats is broken and lies about a lot of stats. Which version and which add-on are you using.

I was just thinking how lame it is that my health recovery maxed so fast and is lower than stamina and magicka. I don't have an answer for you, but I'm glad you brought this up and hope someone can enlighten us.

I'm using the newest version which 1.1b. Also, I don't think it "lies" about anything. It just fetches the data from the server and displays it. (Which also includes un-implemented stats.)

@eliasadriancombsub17_ESO - Yes I hope somebody does enlighten us. This is just plain wrong. All characters should have the same recovery softcaps, and health recovery certainly shouldn't be lower than Magicka/Stamina.

@ZOS_JessicaFolsom, or any of the other staff here, is this something you can please find out about? I know a lot of people have wondered about this, and there's a pretty huge discrepancy with what I've shown.

I've always really hated that my character has skills for improving Health Recovery, only to have it nerfed into the ground with softcaps. And now when I see that my noob Wood Elf NB has a massive softcap limit, my Dragonknight is terribly jealous!
