Erroneous Billing Emails

Last night, we erroneously sent out payment decline messages to a small number of our players. These emails were generated and sent in error, and are not connected to any actual payment declines. We have no reports of active accounts being erroneously cancelled, doubled billed, or otherwise impacted by this—it was only an email with an incorrect account status. If you received one of these messages, you may ignore it. We apologize for any confusion this may have caused.

    My active account was erroneously cancelled. It was not double billed. It has been resolved now. However during this time, I could not post on the forums because my subscription status was cancelled. Just pointing that out since others who might be in my position will be unable to post on the forums as well, hence the appearance of no reports.

    my account has also been erroneously cancelled, i now cant restablish it as it keeps erroneously rejecting me setting it up again. My funding system shows my monies are being authorised and sent to Zenimax and then cancelled and refunded by Zenimax.

    This exact same thing happened to me, when trying to set up my subscription. I called CS, and they were unable to help, and had to escalate. I was finally able to get to work by changing my billing method (from Paypal to a CC).

    I had the same issue. I had to go from paypal to a credit card.

    i am having this issue as well and am now getting payment failed yet again when i try to pay.. same thing happened last month was hoping i could pay normally..

    Yeah, a friend had recurring payment set for Paypal. But when Paypal wanted to send money, the Zenimax billing system denied the payment, for no apparent reason. He didn't notice it until his subscription suddenly ended.

    While waiting for support to call him back he tried to buy 90 days game time through paypal. But it seems to be bugged at the moment. I tried it too, just to see if it's a problem on his end. But I get the same errors:

    This payment process can not be completed.

    Edit: Oh and Giropay, except for the Giropay page being all white (broken CSS?) works.

    I had the same problem as well, only a timecard was the only possibility to play. Paypal hadn't worked anymore. I also wrote a ticket but I guess it had been misunderstood so I haven't replied after getting to play with a timecard.
