Cool downs?

I recently took a short vacation, and when I came back the game feels very sluggish. Have the Devs been tinkering with the cool downs or anything. Mashing keys sometimes does nothing at all.

Yeah, it's been a problem since Craglorn's release. It's been reported left and right that skills don't always trigger, or even delay a few seconds...

Is this caused by server lag or a problem in the client or what? Seems like there is a problem sometimes getting the ultimate to fire when you need it too even though all other skills are firing. The game just really feels sluggish from what it did. Feels Broken.

Also I have no add-ons installed. I feel the game is too buggy for them.

A bit of a desync between the server and client, it appears. Your client may send the packet to be processed by the server, but it either gets bugged out and dropped from the queue or there's a delay in processing from poor prioritization.

So when the results are sent back to the client, it's been several seconds...
