Random Account Suspension

Hello,

I'd like to receive an explanation of this from ZOS staff:

1) I'm not causing any so called "bad behavior". I don't even talk with unknown players.
2) I'm not exploiting the game by any chance. In fact, I play it mostly solo or with 1-3 friends.
3) I understand there are just two 4-5 level characters at my account and I've been switching them oftem. I'm not a bot, but a real human player. I was searching for optimal character appearance and I don't think this caused any excessive server activity/abuse.

I wouldn't mind this random fact if this was a free product, but I have paid for the game, for upgrading it to Imperial, and have chosen regular subscription. This is simply outrageous!

I saw one guy at the forums have sent his wife some items and got the same situation. This is unacceptable.

I can't tell if this is the issue, but if so - you should have not made exchanging ingame items possible. And because you did, you should not be suspending users because they have used a possibility that you have created to share their resources with friends. Going this way, Guild Banks should be "illegal" too, since they share resouces as well.

Or is it something else? Take your chance - explain yourself, please.

Therefore, I'm asking for I demand possibly quick explanation from the staff and expect my account being put in the right order as soon as possible.

    Put in a ticket, pray the right rep gets it. Took 8 days to resolve for me and at the end I had to repurchase the game and resub (though my characters were not affected)

    Sorry man, must be frustrating. I actually grit my teeth everytime I login now thinking something like this could happen. I have panic attacks if I mistype my password!

    Pray? I'm sorry, I pay for the product, use it "as it is" and I have to "pray" for them to allow me to play the game I have paid for, updated and monthly subscribed? Is this a nut house or what? Really?

    I did a great job debugging NB class, spending lots of my free time for the sake of regaining game balance, received good reputation for this at the forum and now this?

    I expect at least 30-day free compensation just for taking random steps without even consulting the user what is going on "behind the scene". If not, they won't see a single penny from me. Not only that - I'll spread the word as much as I can, so other people won't do the same mistake as I did chosing this game and this pathetic "customer service".
