elder scrolls crashes when i press play. Please help

The most annoying thing is i managed to play for a few hours a couple of days ago (awsome by the way).
i have tried several fixes such as run as admin.
change set graphics drivers to open GL.
iv tried the repair button and it didnt help.

so please help me play this amazing game. any help will be greatly appreciated.

Could you please try to do a selective start-up? To put your computer in selective start-up mode, follow these steps:

• Click Start, and type msconfig on the search box
• Right click on the msconfig.exe program and choose Run as administrator
• To place your computer into selective start up:
• On the General Tab at the top, click on the Selective startup radio button
• Uncheck Load startup items
• Click on the Services tab at the top
• On the Services tab check the Hide all Microsoft services check box at the bottom
• Click the Disable all button at the bottom
• Click Apply, then click OK
• Restart your computer
• Start the game.

If you're still experiencing crashes in selective start-up mode, it means that the issue is directly related to the game installation and/or Windows itself.

Please uninstall the game completely via the launcher (not via the Windows Control Panel). Also make sure to completely delete all files from your installation directory and in C:\Users\"Username"\Documents\Elder Scrolls Online after uninstalling the game. Then download and install it again from the account page: https://account.elderscrollsonline.com/

If your issue still occurs after uninstalling/reinstalling the game client, please provide us a DxDiag and MSInfo file.

ok my download speeds pretty bad so it will probably take a day ill post back when its complete thanks for the help so far
