I actually haven't ever seen anything indicate that I should repair (well, not since I bought the game again from the ESO store and told steam where to go and what to do when it got there). -
RE: My launcher no longer works and everything is in French after this last patch!
Just deleted the Steam ESO Game and started the download once again. It wanted me to download Morrowind and everything was in FRENCH lol. ESO is very BUGGY. <img class="emoji" src="https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/resources/emoji/confounded.png" title=":s" alt=":s" height="20" /> -

if you were in the game then you should logout of the game completely and close the launcher too then sign back in. They are likely there then. -
