Aldmeri Dominion Heavy Set Resolution

In first the pic i'm using the boots and shoulders of the heavy version and the light version of the chest, and it is clear that the resolution on the legs is far inferior, and the same is seen on the heavy Chest(second pic).
Is the resolution on the Chest and Legs supposed to look this bad?
