The Lover mundus stone doesn't give me Spell Penetration

Am I the only one? I switched from Lover to Thief and back to Lover without changing my spell penetration.

Aaaah, I switched back again and it worked. Weird.

For the info, i'm using the mundus stone in a friend's house.
