Question - New Prismatic Essence Rune Stone?

Anyone know if this can be applied to all types of gear?

Armor
Glyph of Prismatic Defence ---> Adds (x) Health + Adds (x) Magicka + Adds (x) Stamina

Weapon
Glyph of Prismatic Onslaught ---> Deals (x) damage to Daedra and Undead

Jewelry
Glyph of ???

Is there a Jewelry one and what does it buff?

AFAIK its only for weapon or armor. Which actually makes sense since there are only 2 v16 potency runes.

2 VR 16 Potency? Thought there was one VR 15 (Rejera) and one VR 16 Potency (Repora)?

There are 2 of each - a positive potency and a negative potency. There are 2 potencies for each level of glyphs.

I guess I have the positive glyphs in the OP. what are the negative glyphs by chance and their associated Potency rune called?

VR15 + is Rejera - is Jehade

VR16 + is Repora - is Itade.

These are the new potency runes

The essence rune is neither positive nor negative - it's just prismatic. Whether the glyph that you make is an armour glyph or a weapon glyph depends on whether you use a positive potency or a negative potency.

A positive potency, plus a prismatic essence, plus an aspect of your choice gives you a glyph of prismatic defense.

A negative potency, plus a prismatic essence, plus an aspect of your choice gives you a glyph of prismatic onslaught.

Nope you don't.

Regardless of level, positive (additive) potency rune + prismatic essence rune will give you armor glyph (tri stat "prismatic defence"), negative (substractive) potency rune + prismatic essence rune will give you weapon glyph (daedra damage "prismatic onslaught").

VR15 additive = rejera
VR16 additive = repora

VR15 substractive = can't remember Jehade (thx @freespirit ;-) )
VR16 substractive = Itade

All additive potency runes end with "ra", all substractive end with "de"
