If you want help submit a ticket. You sometimes get help here but it is rare. They should just force a rename or rename it for you. -

Indeed it is an MMO, however the TOS applies every time you hit the "Play" button, you should read it sometime. However, with the type of language you used to reply....it is obviously you didn't.
