Yes, but as great as Elemental Succession can be it is EXTREMELY niche and usable by only 2 classes of the game. Mag Dk and Mag Necro. -

This is the same mistake they made in gw2 with the eles at launch. They nerfed ele into the ground and kept buffing other classes until they were all OP. Then classes like ele couldn't compete. -
