Just cuz you use cloak doesn't mean you're a ganker lol. Though more often then that that can be found as the case -

I noticed so long as someone light attacks me right as I hit cloak, the attack will still follow and hit. Usually it would just cut off and miss. -

bad NBs depend on cloak, good ones survive even if they are visible. it is a difficult class, which unfortunately is often chosen by new players and i think it needs some minor buffs/rework, but cloak -

Cloak is never going away. That one skill IS NB class identity, for both stam and mag. ZOS knows this, if they were dumb enough to listen to the whiners cloak would have vanished long ago.
