     No. I like the limited skill bar. Also, the game would need major rebalancing to account for how many more buffs everyone could run.

     Not unless they overhaul the skills bar and expand it. I get to many missed bar swaps when it appears to be ready which kills rotation flow and DPS.

     Seriously we don't need more skills for combat but we do need skills we use out of combat somehow moving to a bar only required when mounted like rapids
