It's a disease on NA. No need to overcomplicate a nerf though. Just remove the root and give it a slightly longer range or wider cone to compensate or something. -

The problem with maneuvers is that it was double nerfed. Not only nerfed by not getting it from non group members and they made it so maneuvers are booty and like insta break when you cast literally… -

@caeliusstarbreaker that would be an awesome change. I still think they need to revert the retreating maneuvers nerf where healing drops the buff too, or at least make it so casting a heal on an ally… -
