     cloak and fear are incredibly good skills and the perfect magicka dumps for stamina classes. stamin in general is the big damage in pvp.

     and we know how nightblades rule fights with cloak. Now, finding that NB can be time-wasting and hard, as they usually reduce your detect radius with passives. So you have to get in very close to see

     There is no way to balance cloak in this game. The issue with it is it makes you invisible, people can't see you. How do you fix that I hear you ask? You can't. Unless you remove the invisibility effe
