Hello, as stated here if you own The Elder Scrolls Online through Steam it is not possible to launch the game without Steam. -

There's no real reason to use steam,unless you originally bought it throguh there.Steam has more login issues,uses more ram/cpu cause steam has to run.I don't think anything transfers,it's a separate -

Also be aware that steam will keep a part of the revenue, so basically you contribute less to the health of the game. -

Getting these login errors on PC/NA and PC/EU, but on Steam only. Tried my second (non-Steam) account and got right in without any issues.
