I have not noticed the cc duration being longer than expected, and haven't heard anyone else complaining of it either, so that may indeed be lag on your end. -

CCs are broken
Plain and simple CCs are broken and do not work properly. I know I’m not the only one who has been double cc’d. Need I say more? -
