Aside from obvious selfishness, tell me... Why can't you do exactly that while finder is active? That's precisely what I do. I very very very rarely pug these days since I'm not playing a lot. Always -

Why are you even in the queue expecting them to be something they aren't, when you can just form the group yourself in zone, guild or friends list and skip the queue process entirely? Choose the path -

If I am doing random normal for xp, I'll be doing it with friends/guildmates for speed. You can still queue for a random for the xp with a premade group. -
