Actually other MMOs do ban/suspend the seller and the buyer when it comes to RMTs. Coming down hard on them significantly improved the playing experience and economy in EVE for example. -

Yeah that's why I stopped....I'm sure they're cooking up a solution to both the gold spammers/sellers and the buyers fueling them. Things will change soon imo. -
