I'm fairly certain that a $15 credit isn't going to sway people one way or the other. It's just a nice perk for a fun collector's item. More importantly, this has nothing to do with the ESO develop… -

manage better what u need and what u don't, monitor frequency and value against if stackable or not. Have one or two characters as banks for items that u rarely need, so u don't log into them often.
