Blocking = mdks primary defense. A nerf to block cost is a direct nerf to mdk where survivability is a few seconds without blocking. -

Yeah no one seems to be mentioning that ZOS added the equivalent of the Warlock set for Stamina. That plus warden should be able to permablock fine. -
