The problem is certain ads, pets and guards can break it and see through it, this is what needs to be fixed, especially sorc amd necro pets will often continue to follow even once cloaked -

Detection/cloak break needs a cooldown like CC. -

I went in and checked. I see "Dark Cloak" buff with "Reduces your damage taken by 8%" tooltip and same buff in combat log. Also after casting it I receive less damage than after casting Suprise Attack -
