Let me put it this way; Dark Cloak isn't a bad skill, it's actually an alright skill, it's just that Shadowy Disguise is one of the best skills in the game.

I'm all for making dark cloak scale with highest resource, not everyone who plays night blade wants to be a sneaky assassin.

I actually think dark cloak is the more viable choice this update , need that extra heal and mitigation more than ever

Nice, but what is the point of playing NB without cloak / invisibility ? You might as well roll pretty much ANY other class and it will most likely perform way better...
