     I was having the same issue, a quick search of the forums led me here as this was the newest post. A few posts down I found a solution! Game works fine now.      If repairing doesn't work, there's another fix you can try that will help out with the 210 error. Give these steps a try and let us know if it helps!

     @AngryNord can you please specify the error message that you are receiving? We know it's a patch manifest error, but we need to know if it's 210 or 209.
