Hast du mal versucht den Launcher als Administrator zu starten? Wenn ja versuch mal ohne Launcher das Spiel zu starten und dich einzuloggen. -

Ich hatte den Fall mal als die Rechte des Installationsverzeichnisses verstrubbelt waren. Nachdem ich sie wieder neu gesetzt hatte klappte alles wieder. -
