Finally after 40minutes on Requesting Character Load, the game kicks me to login. Time to queue again. -

Umm, I have gotten that problem, and usually after restarting eso it gets fixed, it's probably due to a recent server maintenance or a bad connection ( I don't know for sure) Did you try logging back…
