Mine are about the same. The "usually long load screen" message was coming up a couple times per load screen and it still works is. -

Who and/or what's to blame for the long loading screens?
Usually I do not like to play the blame game, but the LONG LOADING SCREENS are killing the game . . . let's sort out what we know and what we don't know as a community. ZOS please feel free to UPDATE -
Workaround for PvP long loading screens (partial)

yes , haven't been able to play yet , stupid long loading screens , repaired the game , rebooted the router and PC and still the same
