@Monte_Cristo what sense does it make to get a next gen console but still play on the last gen? that would defeat the purpose of getting a next gen console.. -

Most of the char data is stored server side, so unless they are opening fully new servers for ps5 for the game don't think it will be an issue If your account data and user id is the same from system
