I disagree. While I agree that we shouldn't have dragons en masse and that a single dragon lair raid would be fine, nor should we have dragon mounts, nor should they be reoccuring monsters, more than -

I agree that we probably won't see dragons in ESO but there's a couple more dragons known to be alive at this time. -

More than 2300 years after the dragon war (3300 if you count the middle dawn), there were still dragon sightings, Casimir the II kept Nahfahlaar as a pet as recently as 200 or so years before this gam -

I think a dragon mount would be and yes it may be set way before skyrim but the profit in the first part of the main quest talks about the dragon born so why not bring in a few bits to tie it with sky
