Your latency will never be better than 150 with the servers being in the US. With my 100 MB/s fiber optic connection I hit near 600 ms lag during heavy server load times because of this nonsense. -

The game some times freezes for me once or twice an hour for about 10-30secs but then I'm in europe and the game server is in the US. So I've put it down to lag. Make sure your drivers are up to dat -
