The duration should be 4 seconds, if i remember correctly.

Can't wait to Javelin someone from Arrius all the way to Alessia Bridge and into the water.
CC immunity is broken + 1.5s-2s stuck after breaking a cc.

Some skills doesn't respect cc immunity and allow you to spam cc.
