While that's true, I hardly think you're going to get a happy RP experience with people who use stupid usernames as their logins, they clearly aren't serious RPers. -
RE: Really do not like the use of @accountname for communicating and guilds.
About 99% of the games out there insist that players keep user ID and passwords confidential. I'm very wary of having half of my account information made public to the guild. This needs to be change -

What's the point of naming your character if the majority of the people with whom you're supposed to social closely with (the guild) will know you as @lovechocolateinbed12344 ? -

I agree with everything here. Been adamant about this and chat bubbles for the longest back in beta. Why go through all the hassle trying to change it for so many people? -

If immersion is an issue for you then nametags etc can be switched off. And indeed its guild chat I was referring to. -

Always love when there's a guild listings in game. But you have to be able to search by name and not just parameters. -
