it allows for too many people to constantly instantly respawn on top of an active battle. -

Yeah, there was a thread a while ago about people farming them. Because they respawn as soon as they die, people just camp one of them. -

Nah, these folks are abusing an intantly-respawning NPC pair, looks like one of the "dueling mages" type of encounters. ZOS always ends up fixing the respawn timer for these instantly-respawning prob
