that FAQ is useless my gf repaired her game about 5 different times and still nothing, customer service is incompetent and never does anything useful ever and we are currently stuck paying for a game… -

I get nothing but the FAQ resolve, which by the way does not resolve anything I am fully aware that they are actively working on this but actively we are paying for a game we can not log into, a game… -

This is happening to me right now, too. I was loading out of Balamath and screen never loaded so I ctrl-alt-del and ended eso32.exe then I get this login error. I really hope there is some compensation, and not for everyone, just for the people who are experiencing the problem. Not just 6 free days either, its not just the money its the time wasted. -
