     Animation Canceling exists due to an action priority system, and functions as a potential dps boost because there aren’t cast times, and guess what:

     In my opinion animation canceling takes skill so i am all for it. I use it everywhere apart from cyridiil but only because i have a poor internet and have loads of lag which makes it hard to do.

     It is purely a visual issue, you CANNOT bypass the global cooldown with animation cancelling, mechanically/numerically everything is working as it should.
